Meet Jack Hensley

Jack Hensley grew up on the Texas Gulf Coast, surrounded by chickens and a strong sense of community. Even after moving to the city, he stayed connected to his roots—and to the flocks that defined them. Jack is the kind of neighbor who helps when your coop door jams or your hen acts funny. He wrote this book to help everyday people reclaim a bit more control and live more sustainably, no matter where they live.

This book is the first of many resources Jack plans to release, as he is dedicated to helping people build self-sufficient lives. His mission is to show that a more connected and sustainable life is within reach for everyone.
